Pricing
- Simple Hourly Rate: $55 per hour.
- Ongoing Maintenance Plans: $50 per hour for regular visits.
- Session Minimum: 3-hour minimum to make meaningful progress and show your space the love it deserves.
- Travel Fees: We do not charge for round-trip travel within 1 hour of our northwest Chicago base.
For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $30 per hour of driving time applies, billed in 30-minute increments ($15 per half hour).
Example: If the total round-trip drive takes 1.5 hours, the travel fee is $15.
